Joe McGinniss, author of crazy/enthralling Palin biography The Rogue, went on The View today to demonstrate his trademark ability to force powerful women into awkward discussions of their vaginas.

During a discussion of Trig Palin conspiracy theories McGinniss says, "Barbara, you've been pregnant, haven't you? You've been in labor." As Whoopi fans herself in horror, Barbara answers, "No, I haven't. Do you want to get into my life? I've had three miscarriages."

For the record, Joe McGinniss doesn't believe Palin faked Trig's pregnancy. But "thousands of people" do, so we should keep an open mind. It's all about openness, of the birth canal and butt. [The View]
