After brandishing a filet knife, 48-year-old Albuquerque resident Miguel Aguirre—who is reportedly homeless—allegedly threatened to stab a group of Occupy Wall Street protesters. He also told them to "get a job," according to one witness-protester.

Sounds like maybe Aguirre's a bit confused about which percent he belongs to, economically speaking? It's true that many homeless people actually have jobs—at least 19 percent, according to one survey of 27 U.S. cities—and maybe Aguirre is one such person. But he's still homeless, so it's a safe bet that he's not part of America's elite one percent. Repeating Fox Nation mantras at the expense of similarly placed people seems counter-productive in his case.

From the back of a police car, Aguirre explained to KOB-TV that he the protesters "had no business" protesting on the University of New Mexico campus, so he "told them to leave and get out." He's since been charged with a variety of crimes, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and refusing to obey a police officer. Local cops say that when they discovered Aguirre at a nearby McDonald's, he was drunk and in the middle of a drinking binge.

Well, that could explain why he's unsure of his income status. Or maybe he's just just profoundly typical.
