Barbadian princess of song Rihanna has listed her decrepit old mansion on a (Beverly) hill. The 10,000 square-foot house, which she purchased for $6.9 million in 2009, has apparently been nothing but trouble for Lady Ri since the beginning.

Citing issues with the construction of the home, Rihanna filed a lawsuit against the developer in August before putting it up for sale this past week. So if you're in the market for a terribly built, leaky, eight-bedroom, 10-bath Beverly Hills mansion, look no further: At $4.5 million, this fixer-upper is a total bargain.
