Teacher Gets 10 Year Sentence For Throwing Drug Fueled Teenage Sex Parties
Preschool teacher Sarah Jane Lindsay, 44, has received a ten year jail sentence after throwing summer parties for teenagers during which she gave them alcohol, marijuana, and 44-year-old woman sex. Lindsay threw the parties along with another preschool teacher, Audrey Beidleman Grabarkiewicz, who will face less severe charges because she, apparently, showed a little more restraint. The U.K.'s Mail Online explains.
The sex parties were held at their homes in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and were discovered after the parents of the one of teens found out he had been given alcohol.
Police launched an investigation and discovered the women had plied the teens with alcohol and marijuana.
Lindsay, who is married, faced the more serious charges as the boys she admitted having sex with her under the age of 14.
Grabarkiewicz, 46, was charged with ten counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Charges were not brought against Grabarkiewicz for sexual relations with some of the teens because they were of the age of consent under South Carolina law.
The age of consent in South Carolina is 16 according to a disturbingly comprehensive Wikipedia page titled Ages of Consent In North America.
It has not yet been reported whether Grabarkiewicz purposefully refrained from underage sex or if she just lucked out. It seems probable, however, that the latter is the case. It's hard to imagine a person who is raring to get drunk and high with teenagers, but refuses to have sex with them until they can borrow their parent's car.
NOTE: Any flippancy in this article is not meant to reflect a lack of concern for the minors involved. Let's all hope they're okay.
