Here Is the KONY 2012 'Masturbation' Meltdown Video

So: thanks to TMZ, here's video of KONY 2012 mastermind Jason Russell's public meltdown in San Diego. We'll note that what he's doing there doesn't look, exactly, like "masturbating in public" which is what he was originally reported as having been detained over:
Jason Russell, 33, was taken into custody after he was found masturbating in public, vandalizing cars and possibly under the influence of something, according to Lt. Andra Brown. He was detained at the intersection of Ingraham Street and Riviera Road.
That being said, the video's too short to accurately judge, you know, exactly what he was doing.
