Teen actress turned Maxim hottie Amanda Bynes, age 26, is currently in police custody after being arrested for a DUI last night, Gossip Cop reports in a rare article where the name "Gossip Cop" makes sense. Feel free to stage citizen gossip arrests on anyone who says it didn't happen.

Update: TMZ reports that Amanda got pulled over after "attempting to pass a cop car" and ending up "sideswip[ing] the vehicle" instead. She was reportedly arrested around 3AM and her bail has been set at $5000. TMZ also provides paparazzi footage of an apparently drunk, wobbly Bynes getting into the driver's seat of a car outside a club on St. Patrick's Day:
