In this press release, CNN Espanol correspondent Naibe Reynoso unambiguously hints at a quid pro quo deal to provide media coverage to any company that will sponsor her "Celebrity Baby Shower." (The "celebrity" referred to here is Naibe Reynoso.) It's right here: "This will be a great opportunity to introduce your products to the mass media as she pitches many of her own stories to the networks and blogs about her favorite products." In other words, Naibe Reynoso would like to use her baby shower as an opportunity for professional graft.

Naibe is also in production on her new TV pilot following celebrity's in thier home as Naibe has "girl talk" with them over wine/dinner, which starts this May.

Update: We received this statement from CNN Espanol's PR manager:

Naibe Reynoso has been a freelancer for CNN en Español for a number of years. She has assured the network that she did not have any prior knowledge of the solicitation from FRH PR and has stated that it was sent without her approval. FRH PR has corroborated Reynoso's statements, issued her a formal apology for taking action without her knowledge and cancelled the event.
