In what may be a major break for John Travolta, the first masseur who accused him of sexual assault has now changed an important detail in his story, claiming that the attack happened at a different date than the one stated in court documents.

Travolta's attorney Marty Singer has produced photos and receipts aimed at showing that his client could not have been at the Beverly Hills Hotel getting a massage on January 16th as John Doe #1 alleges, as he was across the country in New York City at the time.

The accuser says the assault still happened as described, but occurred earlier than previously stated. "It was a miscalculation," said a Radar source who does not believe the date change will hurt the masseur's case.

Meanwhile, a third accuser has come forward to claim he was harassed by Travolta on a cruise ship back in 2009.

A former Royal Caribbean cruise ship employee named Fabian Zanzi claims Travolta gave him a naked hug and asked him for a massage. The ex-VIP wrangler further alleges that the actor wanted to have sex with him, and even offered him $12,000. Zanzi says he refused.

It remained unclear if a new sexual harassment lawsuit had been filed against Travolta, but his attorney has already fired back against the latest accusations.

"This is just another ridiculous claim by someone hopping on the bandwagon to get his 15 minutes of fame with a story about something that supposedly happened over three years ago," Singer told Celebuzz. ""Significantly, we never heard of this guy before. The fact that we are only hearing about him now through tabloid gossip stories three years later speaks volumes."
