Watch Live as a Sleep-Deprived Guitarist Attempts to Play a 24-Hour Guitar Solo
Will guitarist David Didonato succeed in his attempt at setting a new world record for the longest guitar solo? Watch and find out.
Literally: Didonato is broadcasting his quest for solo glory via Ustream. If he makes it past 24 hours and 18 minutes, he will officially have played the longest guitar solo ever.
Having taken the stage at Austin's Red 7 around 7 PM central yesterday evening, Didnato is still going strong, despite being allowed just a short five-minute break every hour.
Tune in tonight just after 7 PM (again, central) to see if he made it, and, more importantly, how many fingers he has left.
