It's easy to dismiss most remakes as useless retreads of the original, but the new Total Recall actually looks like a fun update of the 1990 film. On the other hand, is it really all that different from the first?

This fan-made mash-up trailer splices together the audio from the 2012 trailer with footage from the 1990 movie. The end result is weirdly seamless. Not to mention the thrill of seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger opening his mouth and hearing Colin Farrell's voice.
