Scout Willis—aka @BougPunk aka Katherine Kelly—continues her flushed-faced descent into celebukidom. 20-year-old Scout was arrested last night for drinking a "Pakistani beer in Union Square." When an officer approached her she produced a fake ID (see: Katherine Kelly), before giving her real name.

This seems kind of like amatoor hour for Scout. I mean, what is she doing knocking back brews and hanging out in Union Square like this is Kids (in the daytime)? Shouldn't she be mainlining the stuff in glow sticks at some Manhattan apartment carved entirely from elephant tusks? I guess they just don't make the Hollywood heiresses like they used to.
