So sorry to get your hopes up: A mere day after it was announced that controversial mother-cum-porn-star Nadya "Octomom" Suleman had signed a deal to perform a week's worth of strip shows at a West Palm Beach gentlemen's club, a rep for the bankrupt baby producer told TMZ she was pulling out.

According to Gina Rodriguez, Suleman took offense to comments made by a bartender at T's Lounge. Speaking with a local news station, the bartender said "it was only a matter of time" before Octomom started stripping, considering she has "a lot of mouths."

He also called the California woman "a little crazy," adding that "normal people don't have that many children."

Luckily for someone I'm sure, Suleman's spat with the strip club won't impact her solo porn film, which was recently picked up for distribution by Wicked Pictures [nsfw link].

"I owe a lot to Wicked Pictures contract star Jessica Drake," Suleman said in a statement. "She opened up my eyes to a whole world of self-pleasure that I could never have imagined."

In the aftermath of her topless shoot for Closer, Suleman told TMZ she would never star in a porn film. She later equivocated, saying she didn't consider masturbation videos porn.
