TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan was taken to the emergency room Friday after her Porsche collided with an 18-wheeler.

Get in, loser, we're going crashing.

Lohan (who was driving) is allegedly claiming the truck cut her off.

Eyewitnesses told TMZ that both Lohan and her assistant (in the passenger seat) were left "bleeding and bruised" following the wreck. An ambulance reportedly took Lohan's assistant to the hospital, though Lindsay herself did not travel by ambulance.

TMZ adds, vaguely, that Lohan "seems ok" and that "doctors are performing tests."

Lohan's car was totaled.
