According to Charlie Sheen, Anger Management is his "swan song." Does that mean his character will die dramatically, as his character did on Two and a Half Men? Maybe. But what Sheen's really getting at is that he's going to retire from acting.

He announced his future departure to the New York Times.

I've got a dream life as a direct result of television, you know? But at some point you just get tired of wearing somebody else's clothes, saying somebody else's words and working in somebody else's space.

Yes, and why waste time saying somebody else's words when your own words are so delightfully nutty? Let's not forget that Sheen made "tiger blood" and "winning" pop culturally relevant for a while there.

Anger Management, which premieres on FX later this month, is based on the 2003 Adam Sandler-Jack Nicholson film of the same name.

As for his post-acting plans, Sheen has a few ideas.

When I'm done with this business it's just going to be about soccer games and amusement parks. And when this ends, I'm done. This is my swan song... There's a lot more out there to do than make-believe, you know?

Also, hookers. Lots and lots of hookers.
