Is This the Craziest Mug Shot Ever?
A Central Florida man who was arrested last week was so out of control that Volusia County Sheriff's deputies couldn't get him to sit still for his mug shot — and were forced to hold his head in place.
29-year-old Kelsey Smith was found inside an alcohol-scented vehicle parked at an intersection in Deltona with the motor running. He was asked to submit to a sobriety test, but refused. Deputies attempted to arrest him, at which point he became belligerent and had to be stunned twice in order to be cuffed.
On the way to the station, Smith reportedly spit blood at the deputies after smashing his face into the roof of the patrol car.
