Passengers aboard a New York-bound Delta commuter flight were forced to deplane Wednesday night after Pittsburgh International Airport employees discovered a cluster of honey bees clinging to the jetliner's wing.

Beekeeper Stephen Repasky, who was called to remove the swarm, says Pittsburgh International has been keeping him and his apiary quite busy. "At the airport, this would be the fourth swarm that we've caught this year out there," Repasky told CBS Pittsburgh.

He believes the swarms are breaking off of a wild honeybee colony that's taken up residence somewhere on airport grounds. Per airport authority regulations, all bee clusters must be moved to a safe location.

The swarm that kept the Delta plane from taking off is now in Repasky's backyard.
