Bain Capital Asia Fund LP is a limited partnership based in the Cayman Islands. As of 2009, it held $488 million in assets and reported a $111 million increase in capital for the year.

In 2011, the Ann D. Romney Blind Trust held between $100,000 and $250,000 in the partnership, and earned between $15,000 and $50,000 in income, according to Romney's financial disclosures. In Romney's 2006 disclosure form, the Ann Romney Trust listed Bain Capital Asia Fund but reported nothing in holdings or income.

The 2010 federal income tax returns of both the Ann and Mitt Romney 1995 Family Trust and the Ann D. Romney Blind Trust report income from Bain Capital Partners Asia LP, the fund's general partner.
