Bain Capital Europe Fund III LP is general partnership based in the Cayman Islands. As of 2009, it held $287 million in assets (denominated in Euros) and reported an $11 million decrease in capital for the year.

In 2011, the Ann D. Romney Blind Trust held between $50,000 and $100,000 in the fund, and reported zero income from it. The 2010 return of the Ann Romney Trust reported income from the fund's general partner, Bain Capital Partners Europe III LP.
