The Bain Capital VII Coinvestment Fund LP is a limited partnership based in the Cayman Islands. It shares a general partner with the Bain Capital Fund VII, LP, and is, according to its audited financial statements, designed to "invest...in certain transactions concurrently with Bain Capital Fund VII LP." As of 2009, it held $141 million in assets and reported a $4 million decrease in capital.

In 2011, according to financial disclosures, the Ann D. Romney Blind Trust held between $100,000 and $250,000 in the coinvestment fund, earning between $100,000 and $1 million.
