A 2010 Powerpoint presentation from Sankaty Advisors LLC, the credit affiliate of Bain Capital. As of 2001 and 2002, according to Massachusetts Ethics Commission filings, Mitt Romney owned 100% of Sankaty Advisors, but it is absent from subsequent state and federal disclosures. This presentation predicts that financial "regulation will improve liquidity and transparency" in credit markets.
