National treasure Kim Kardashian gives so much and asks so little — all she wanted was one measly star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

But the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce won't budge: honorees have to have actually acted.

Part of the criteria in being honored is receiving awards such as Emmy's, SAG Awards, Oscars etc. in the category of Television, Live Stage Performance or Motion Pictures. They have to have a career in the business of acting for five years or more.

Honestly, though, isn't it time we broaden the definition of acting a little? I mean, sure, reality TV is supposed to be unscripted, but we know better than that. Are you telling me Kim Kardashian didn't give it her all in this scene? A sham marriage is true method acting.

I'm just saying you can't have it both ways: if Kim Kardashian is fake, she's an accomplished actor. Star-worthy? Why not.
