A 16-year-old pizza delivery boy was arrested today for raping a woman in her apartment after delivering pizza to her neighbor.

Cesar Lucas made his delivery around 12:30 a.m., then noticed that another apartment door was slightly ajar. He found the owner sleeping inside and raped her in her bed.

The victim called the police, who later apprehended the suspect at New York Sal's Pizza in Hell's Kitchen.

One major question: why was Lucas still delivering pizza?

The teenager was arrested just last month for breaking into another woman's apartment and stealing her wallet while on the job. It seems like that should have been enough cause for termination.

Lucas has been charged with rape, criminal trespass, and burglary.
