No Need to Teach This Old Dog New Tricks — He Already Knows All the Good Ones
Fetching the remote, getting stuff from the fridge, opening and closing doors — Jackson the Australian Shepherd mix does it all.
And he learned it all by grabbing his owner a beer:
I started teaching him to get me beers from the fridge when he was young (about 10 months I think). He perfected it in about a month. All the other tricks are based on getting me a beer (i.e. opening/closing doors, picking things up, and placing different items in my hand).
Now that's a good boy.
