John Charles Villiers-Farrow, Mia's brother, is being held in a Maryland jail after being charged with several counts of child sex abuse, including two counts of perverted practice, two counts of second-degree child abuse, two counts of second-degree assault and several counts of sex abuse of a minor, according to WRC-TV.

Two men allegedly came forward in August, saying they'd been sexually abused between 2000 and 2008, when they were between nine and 16 at the time. They told police Villiers-Farrow was a neighbor.

While Villiers-Farrow has been silent about the charges against him so far, he was not so silent in 1992 when his sister Mia was separating from Woody Allen. At the time, Mia Farrow had accused Allen of molesting the couple's daughter Dylan, in addition to his relationship with Farrow's adopted daughter Soon Yi, whom he eventually married. Allen was never charged with a crime, but Villiers-Farrow told People magazine:

"He's going to be indicted, and he's going to be ruined. I think when all of it comes out, he's going to go to jail. I'd like to take his little flute [a reference to Allen's clarinet] and ram it..."
