Not that I'm a butt implant expert or anything, but it doesn't take someone with a PhD (Pretty huge Derriere) to deduce that butt implants are not supposed to flip over.

For what it's worth, The Daily Mail talked to an actual butt implantologist about this particularly terrifying World Star Hip Hop video (and if you've seen a few World Star Hip Hop videos, you know that's saying something), and he confirmed as much.

"It is a complication which is relatively common following buttock implants," plastic surgeon Adrian Richards told the tabloid. "It shouldn't really happen because the pocket should be snug so the implant stays where it is."

Relatively common? Well, I guess that's the price you have to pay for everlasting booty.
