Flick some cigarette ash into your Red Bull and knock it back in one big shot: we're about to go deep cut Lindsay Lohan drama.

You may have heard that Lindsay Lohan has had a chaotic 24 hours. Following a Justin Bieber concert yesterday evening, Lindsay hit da club with some members of British boyband The Wanted, a taller version of One Direction. While there, she allegedly punched a fellow patron in the face, and was arrested. Earlier today, she was formally charged with "willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer in the course of their duties, providing false information to a police officer, and reckless driving," stemming from a car crash that occurred over the summer.

The false information Lohan provided to the police was that her assistant was the one driving her Porsche when it crashed.

When leaving the police station this morning, Lohan kicked an assistant out of the car that had arrived to whisk her away (see video above).

Same assistant.

Now, that assistant, Gavin Doyle, is calling Lindsay out on Twitter (with a possible classic America's Next Top Model reference):

Here's a transcription of the exchange that took place when she kicked him out of the car (taken from the video):

Lohan: [inaudible]...just like you did with Sam.
Doyle: No, I didn't!
Lohan: GAVIN, GET OUT OF THE CAR! GET OUT OF THE CAR, GAVIN! Get him out of the car! Get him out of the car, NOW! Gavin, get out! Gavin, get out of the fucking car. NOW.
Doyle: Okay. Never speak to me again.

In the video, as soon as Doyle steps back from the car Lohan's SUV pulls away. The New York Post's clip also shows Doyle walking down the street alone with his jacket pulled over his head, as photographers flock to him.

This isn't the first odd exchange the pair have had recently. On Monday night, Lindsay Lohan's twitter account published a tweet tagging Doyle's twitter handle @SaveTheSociety.

"Can't live without @SaveTheSociety he's my BFF."

That tweet (along with two others — one wishing Paris' little brother Barron Hilton a happy birthday) was subsequently deleted. On Tuesday night, Lohan posted this:

It's possible that Lohan and Doyle's relationship became strained after his own testimony to police about this summer's car crash contradicted her story, resulting the lying-to-cops charges that were filed against her today.

But everything seemed copacetic at least as far back as September.

We've reached out to Doyle for comment on the slow burning fiasco that is Lindsay Lohan's life, and will update if we hear back.
