Barely Legal Dakota Fanning Films Her First Nude Scene for Coming-of-Age Drama Very Good Girls
Former child actress Dakota Fanning is celebrating her recent transition to adult actress by taking her clothes off for a movie.
"Yeah, well, I've never done that before and I'm very newly allowed to do that," Fanning told MTV News, referring to her upcoming nude scene in the 2013 coming-of-age drama Very Good Girls. "I was newly 18, so yeah, it was, it's kind of a sensitive thing, but it's a part of life."
Fanning goes on to reveal that her first on-screen nudity aptly takes place during a sex scene in which she loses her virginity — a moment she recalls was very uncomfortable.
To film, that is.
Very Good Girls, which co-stars Elizabeth Olsen, recently premiered at Sundance, but has no wide release date as of yet.
