LOL, I hadn't even read the article yet, but I knew North Dakota was going to be high on that list. They put men in camps there because there isn't enough housing. Sounds swell!

I used to live in Fargo. It's exactly like every other mid size (60,000+ people) college town in the country. You can take day trips to Minneapolis or Winnipeg. It's not a shithole by any means and the only people who think it is are douchebag city dwellers.
