Christian Audigier, the official clothier of Long Island bros, has reportedly died at the age of 57 from cancer.

Audigier had been undergoing cancer treatment for Myelodysplastic Syndrome, a bone marrow disease, since April. Reportedly known as “Le Vif (The Fast One),” he slipped into a coma this week in Los Angeles and died Thursday.

Audigier was an accomplished designer and worked for Guess, Levi’s, Diesel, American Outfitters, XOXO and Bisou Bisou before launching his own lines, apparently with help from Justin Timberlake.

Still, his Ed Hardy and Von Dutch brands were often the subject of derision because of their popularity with a less-than-desirable segment of the male population. But it turns out the joke, she was on us: Audigier was reportedly worth around $250 million at the time of his death.

“Christian was an incredibly brilliant man. He will be missed,” his longtime publicist Michele Elyzabeth tells LATF.

Deepest condolences to Jon Gosselin.
