Comcast is buying Time Warner Cable for about $159 a share in an all-stock deal that will combine the two largest cable companies in America into one big, terrible cable company.

Comcast has around 23 million subscribers, Time Warner has closer to 12 million. The deal is set to be announced tomorrow morning.
