Patrick Quinn, an avowed foot fetishist and former police officer in Harris County, Texas, allegedly told a woman he pulled over that she was free to go as long as she either gave him her underwear or let him smell her feet. And if he got close to her feet, he warned, "he was probably going to lick them too."

The former school district officer was suspended for the incident and has been charged with two counts of "official oppression," Harris County District Attorney's office announced today. The New York Daily News has the sordid details of the encounter, which began after Quinn pulled the woman over claiming he smelled weed smoke and saw a grinder in her car:

"The officer told (her) that he would let her go if she would let him smell her feet," according to Harris County court documents obtained by the Daily News. "If she refused, he would have to take her to jail."

The woman began to take off her boots, and asked the officer if she needed to take off her socks as well. The officer said yes.

Then Officer Quinn said he "would let her go without smelling her feet if she would let him have her underwear," according to court records. But he said that if she still chose to have him smell her feet, "he was probably going to lick them too."

The woman offered up her underwear, according to prosecutors, but by that point Quinn had evidently changed his mind and allowed her to leave.

The DA's office is seeking tips from other women who Quinn may have harassed. If you're in Texas and the story sounds familiar, call (713) 755-5800.
