Individuals claiming to be friends with a girl who allegedly had a on-off relationship with X Factor judge Demi Lovato have spent the past week trying to unload what they say are as many as 20 nude photos of the 21-year-old, and could be nearing a deal with gossip blog Celebslam.

Radar, which first reported the rumor, passed on the photos after being unable to independently verify their authenticity, but had to admit that the person in the photos "looks identical to Lovato" and "has some tell-tale signs suggesting it is indeed the ex-Sonny with a Chance actress."

Celebslam is apparently far more convinced, and says it is "still in negotiations" with the seller.

The site yesterday received a "preview" of the secret stash, which included a pic of the person with whom Lovato supposedly had a brief "fling" (bottom-center of the collage below).

"After Demi got with Wilmer [Valderrama] our friend called it off because she didn't like being played, she sent me these pictures that Demi sent her as a joke and I have no use for them," Celeblam quotes the source as saying. "There are about 20 total, not all have indication they are of her except some have her tattoos in ones you cannot see the face."

Indeed some fans are highly skeptical that the photos not already made public are of the former Disney star.

To wit, those showing Lovato being intimate with Valderrama have previously leaked, as have some showing Lovato getting frisky with her Camp Rock cast mates.

The other photos shown in the preview have been accused of being manipulated, particularly the ones showing what appear to be Lovato's signature tats.

Irrespective of their veracity, HollywoodLife.com says The X Factor producers will not abandon Lovato should the photos leak in full.

"[The producers] are not concerned at all that it will affect the show," an insider told the site. "They would just want to help out Demi in any way they can to help her in the process."
