An Ohio woman with an unfortunate appellation was indicted by a grand jury last week, several months after she allegedly struck and seriously injured a bicyclist while operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Dr. Elizabeth Unk — Dr. Unk to her Delaware County patients — was driving along SR-23 last September when she reportedly hit an individual who was cycling by the side of the road.

Dr. Unk was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence and one felony count of aggravated vehicular assault.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said Dr. Unk's BAC was twice the legal limit.
