According to E! Entertainment—the television channel behind Keeping Up With the Kardashians and its various spinoffs—a source inside the hospital where Lamar Odom is being treated says the former NBA player tested positive for “virtually every drug imaginable” and may suffer brain damage.

Odom was hospitalized Tuesday after he was found unconscious in a VIP suite at a Nevada brothel. Witnesses say he was unresponsive and had a “mucous-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth.”

Now, E! reports, an unnamed source with knowledge of Odom’s condition claims doctors are treating his collapse as an unintentional overdose.

Lamar appears to have suffered an “ischemic stroke,” which is caused by a blood clot preventing blood flow to the brain. This type of stroke is often associated with a cocaine overdose, among other drugs. Our source adds that Lamar “had been partying since Friday.”

“He was doing crack cocaine all weekend and he choked on his mucous,” the insider explains. “They’re now having to fix all the damage it has done.”

According to Radar Online, members of the Kardashian family are by his bedside, apparently with cameras still rolling. It’s still unclear if anyone affiliated with E! is filming the events or if the footage is being documented on a private camera.
