ENDA Passes First Senate Hurdle En Route to Boehner Rejecting It

The Senate moved to end debate on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act today, "virtually guaranteeing its passage on a final vote later this week," reports the Huffington Post's Amanda Terkel. That's the good news. The bad news is that House Speaker John Boehner has said that he opposes ENDA due to "frivolous litigation" fears and thus he may not even bring up the bill for a vote.
