Florida truly seems like a terrifying place to live, and a new video out of Palm Beach county really does nothing to help the image of the freaky state as one big lawless, drug-induced hallucination.

The drugged out gentleman depicted in the clip above reportedly managed to turn at least two strangers’ cars into his own personal skateboards last week. His aggressive strength, he’d later tell the arresting officers, was, unsurprisingly, drug-induced.

Witnesses said it all started when Jonathan Restrepo, 25, of Coral Springs, jumped out of his girlfriend’s car in the middle of traffic.

Restrepo jumped onto several cars and even jumped into a convertible going 20 mph, according to the man who shot the cellphone video.

“He was running around like a monkey with his tongue out, waving his arms in the air, jumping on top of cars,” the man who recorded the cellphone video told WPBF 25 News.

One driver didn’t stop, and kept driving down A1A with Restrepo on the roof of her Nissan Altima. In the cellphone video, you can see Restrepo scrambling back and forth on the roof on his knees, even peering in through the windows at the terrified driver.

That’s crazy behavior!!!!! Was he high on flakka? you might be asking yourself. How about meow meow? The answer, sadly, is boring old crystal meth.

I know what you’re thinking—this is someone who made a big mistake. Maybe they can even learn from it. But honestly, they all should have known better than to live in Florida.
