According to multiple reports, French police have begun searching for a second suspect in the Paris terror attacks that left 129 people dead last week.

Surveillance video indicates that a three-person team carried out one of the shootings, the Associated Press reports. This would indicate that there is another suspect unaccounted for, in addition to the 26-year-old Frenchman Salah Abdeslam.

Seven attackers died on Friday night, either by their own hands or shot by police. It now appears that at least nine helped to carry out the attacks, the New York Times reports.

On Tuesday, a rental car thought to have been abandoned by the gunmen and bombers was found in northern Paris. From The Guardian:

The black Renault Clio was found in the 18th district of the French capital on Tuesday, some distance from where gunmen opened fire on people in bars and restaurants before blowing themselves up. It had been rented by Salah Abdeslam, who was until Tuesday evening thought to have been the only one of the eight known attackers to have survived. He is now the target of a Europe-wide manhunt. But the discovery of the Clio raises the possibility of an nine attacker, also still at large.

On Tuesday night, French authorities released a photo of one of the bombers who detonated explosives during a soccer match at the Stade de France, who had used a Syrian passport to enter Greece in October. The passport, which belonged to one Ahmad al-Mohammad, 25, of Idlib, Syri, was likely stolen, a French official told the Times, possibly having belonged to a dead Syrian soldier.

The Belgian man suspected of organizing the attacks, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, is thought to be in Syria.
