The ostensible story behind this video is that a man heard his wife coming home in the middle of the night and recorded her "making grilled cheeses" by melting string cheese over a plateful of goldfish crackers while swigging wine and insisting she's not drunk.

She's not lying when she says she won't be mad that this footage is on YouTube. Reddit's already ruined the illusion: It's actually a comedy bit.

I wouldn't go so far as to call it fake, though. The scenario may be bogus, but those "grilled cheeses" really happened. She's an innovator, and no one can take that away from her. And hey, at least it's not Jimmy Kimmel again.
