Here's Boston Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Flipping Off a Jail Cell Camera
Above is a picture of convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev giving the finger to the camera in his holding cell. The image—taken from security footage filmed on July 10, 2013—was revealed this afternoon during the second day of the penalty phase of his trial.

U.S. Marshal Gary Olivera, who wrote an incident report about the video, testified today during the hearing.

Two weeks ago, Tsarnaev was found guilty of 30 charges related to the bombing, including three counts of murder. The on-going penalty phase of the trial will determine if he receives life in prison or the death penalty.
