In an approximately four-hour long cellphone commercial that aired during Sunday's NBA Finals game, Jay-Z announced that he's releasing a new album, titled Magna Carta Holy Grail, on the July 4. The first one million copies will be available for download for free via an app for some cellphone owners on June 24.

Starting at at midnight on July 4, those cell phone owners will have 72 hours to listen to the album before its released to the general public.

The Samsung commercial for the “revolutionary” album features appearances from several producers, including Timbaland, Pharrell, and Rick Rubin, and includes some wisdom about how life is not just about owning Picassos.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Samsung paid $5 a piece for the million digital copies, along with rights to exclusively distribute the album for the first three days.
