KLM Posts Offensive Tweet After Mexico's World Cup Loss
After the Netherlands scored a last-minute World Cup victory over Mexico earlier today, the Netherlands' Royal Dutch Airlines—known as KLM—tweeted "Adios Amigos! #NEDMEX" accompanied by a photo of a man with a mustache and a sombrero. Smart and fun!
The tweet was, obviously, met with angry reactions.
.@KLM that's classy, and very racist. Well done global company that has as one of its 7 values to "be courteous and friendly"

Including one from Gael Garcia Bernal!
.@KLM I'm never flying your shitty airline again. Fuck you big time.

KLM promptly deleted the tweet, but has not yet issued an apology.
