Man Provokes Stingray, Is Attacked By Same Stingray

An Australian man with an apparent death wish antagonized a stingray at the beach in Gold Coast. The stingray returned the favor by charging at the man, stopping short of stinging him. Lucky for the man, the person filming was able to warn him so that he could get away. While the chances of dying from a stingray sting are rare, you'll remember that Steve Irwin died in 2006 after a stingray's tail spine pierced his heart.
