Naya Rivera: Daily Showers Are "Such a White People Thing"
Glee cheerleader and defective Kim Kardashian clone Naya Rivera had some crazy shit to say about the showering habits of "ethnics" on The View this week. Specifically,"I feel like showering more than once a day, or every day, is such a white people thing."
Her contention was immediately disputed by The View's cast of white ladies, a black woman in the audience who takes frequent showers, and Rivera's follow-up anecdote about her own (half-black, half-Puerto-Rican) mother, who also showers on the regular.
Naya's main evidence is that she, an "ethnic" woman—or a Single White Female, depending on who you ask—keeps it to one or two showers every three days, for reasons of dermatology. And her husband, white person Ryan Dorsey, showers multiple times daily.
Later, on Twitter, she tried to play the whole thing off as a joke:
