Looks like Ukraine’s Prime Minister called a bunch of politicians morons... and everyone ended up fighting!
The fight apparently broke out after a member of parliament, Oleg Barnac, approached Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, distracted him with a bouquet of red roses, and casually carried him off the podium like he was an eerily calm child.
That child, it must be noted, kept the flowers.
