If you only watch one clip from this year's Soul Train Awards (currently airing on BET), it should be this utterly confounding bit of nonsense from Mike Tyson. Tyson hit the stage ostensibly to promote his Adult Swim show Mike Tyson Mysteries, and in the process bumbled all over it for about a minute.

He shouted out Floyd Mayweather ("Best fighter in the world"), announced that he missed his mark, wondered aloud if he did it right, said, "Oh, oh, excuse me," and then left the stage. That's entertainment.

The ceremony was prerecorded on Nov. 7, and in the three weeks that followed, producers clearly never quite figured out what the hell to do with Tyson's segment and so they just left it as is.

At least it feels spontaneous?
