The South Carolina Cop Who Brutally Arrested a High School Student Has Been Fired
The South Carolina sheriff’s deputy who violently arrested a high school student on Monday will be fired, according to NBC News.
Ben Fields, a 34-year-old Richland County Senior Deputy, was placed on administrative leave Monday night, and yesterday the FBI and Justice Department launched an investigation into the arrest.
Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott is expected to hold a press conference at noon to announce the findings of his department’s investigation into the incident.
