She won’t stop. Or maybe she can’t stop. But at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Amsterdam on Sunday, Miley Cyrus continued her desperate plea for relevancy. Not only did she exchange twerk spankings with a dwarf, she also lit up a joint on stage after accepting the Best Video gong for “Wrecking Ball.”

But the EMAs warm-up started early in the day when Cyrus tweeted a suggestive “showerrrrrr time selfiiiie” before the show.

She showed up to the ceremony wearing a mini-dress that lovingly memorialized Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur. The dress said “VIOLENCE” on the front and “PLEASE STOP” on the back. There were also half-faces of the two men on her ass because using a whole face would have meant obscuring her whole butt.

Cyrus then opened the show with her signature twerkfest, dependent on the objectification of marginalized folks for maximum butt-shaking pleasure.

But when she won the award for Best Video, we hopefully reached Peak Miley when she proclaimed, "I couldn't fit this award in my bag, but I did find this." She then appeared to effortlessly light a joint, because had she done it with effort, it might appear that she was trying too hard to shock people.

And that would just look tacky.
