A week after protestors tore executives’ shirts off in a demonstration against impending job cuts, the Guardian reports that six Air France workers have been arrested.

According to the Guardian, at least five were members of the CGT union—all arrested at their homes around Paris on Monday morning. A sixth person was placed in custody later in the day.

Seven people were injured in the protests, none seriously: five Air France staff and two police officers. Two managers in particular were the target of workers’ ire, the BBC reports: human resources manager Xavier Broseta and senior official Pierre Plissonnier.

One union official said Broseta had “narrowly escaped being lynched.”

In a statement, CGT condemned the violence, but also accused French prime minister Manuel Valls of helping airline management to undermine the union effort.
