• Bank of America portfolio manager Raymond Cubero and his wife, Kathleen Comerford, have dropped the price of their Trump Tower duplex. The 3,300-square-foot "smart house," which they put on the market with Paula Del Nunzio for $14.995 million in June, is now listed for $12.995 million. [Cityfile, BHS]
• Real estate heiress Caroline Cumming has gone into contract to sell 11 Spring Street, more than a year after she first put the 12,128-square-foot behemoth on the market for $39.8 million. After undergoing three price cuts, the property had been listed for $26 million as of last week. [Curbed, PDE]
• Three months after it was reported that Peter J. Solomon had gone into contract to buy the East Hampton mansion that belonged to the late actress Mary Howard de Liagre, the investment banker and ex-deputy mayor has closed on the purchase. Sender Sells, Another Cut at 11 Spring

• Hedge fund manager/art collector Adam Sender and his wife Lenore didn't have much luck unloading their three units at 15 Broad Street last November for $10.995 million. But they did better with their apartment in Soho. Last Friday, the couple closed on the sale of their fourth-floor apartment at 109 Greene Street for $3.695 million. [Cityfile]
• The cuts continue at 11 Spring Street, the 12,128-square-foot "townhouse" owned by Caroline Cumming, which originally went on the market for $39.8 million, was reduced to $36.5 million in November, and then reduced again to $29.5 million last month. It's now down to $26 million. [NYO, PDE]

• Hedge funder Scott Bessent has dropped the price of his duplex at One Sutton Place South for the second time since first listing it for $12.5 million in October. The protégé of George Soros is now selling the 11-room spread for $9.995 million, which is about $2 million less than he paid for it in 2007. [Cityfile, BHS]
• National Hockey League commissioner Gary Bettman and his wife Michelle have paid $1.95 million for a 20th-floor condo at the Grand Beekman at 400 East 51st Street. [Cityfile]

Nic Cage Lists $10 Mil. Condo, Then Retreats

♦ Nicolas Cage put his 48th-floor condo at the Olympic Tower on the market for $9.75 million last week, then "temporarily" took it off the market a few days later. (The 3,550-square-foot, three-bedroom space is comprised of two apartments that Cage bought for $5.5 million in 2004 and 2005.) But he's also reportedly trying to sell his other homes in California and Rhode Island. [WSJ]
