Two Pads Listed on Park; A Sale at 110 CPS

• Todd Morley, founding partner of the asset management firm Guggenheim Capital and the Duchess of York's former business adviser, has put his two apartments on the 10th and 11th floors of 563 Park Avenue on the market. A longtime resident of the building, Morley bought the 11th floor co-op from Spamalot producer Arielle Tepper for $3.45 million in 2006 but never combined the apartments. Iris Cantor, the philanthropist and widow of Cantor Fitzgerald founder Bernie Cantor, has sold off her penthouse at 110 Central Park South. The four-bedroom apartment, which Cantor bought for $15 million in 2006, was listed for $11.9 million when it went into contract in August. It sold for just $10.5 million to wine importer Leonardo LoCascio. [Cityfile]

Iris Cantor, the widow of Cantor Fitzgerald founder Bernie Cantor, has gone into contract to sell her penthouse at 110 Central Park South. The four-bedroom pad, which Cantor bought for $15 million in 2006, had been listed recently for $11.9 million. [NYO]
• Pro golfer Cristie Kerr and her husband, Aviator Sports president Erik Stevens, have picked up an 11th-floor condo at One Morton Square. The couple paid $2.3 million for the three-bedroom pad. [Cityfile]
• Hedge funder Steve Eisman has unloaded his nine-room apartment at 1125 Park Avenue for $5.2 million, or $1.795 million less than what he paid for it in March 2008. Eisman can afford to take the loss. His Front Point Partners is believed to have made a fortune betting against subprime lending. [NYO]

GMAC CEO Sells, Helmsley Heir Buys

• Al De Molina, the chief executive of GMAC Financial Services, and his wife Donna, have sold their three-bedroom pied-à-terre at 110 Central Park South for $4.5 million. They paid $4.295 million for the apartment in June 2007. [NYO]
• Former Con Ed CFO Joan Freilich and her husband Sanford, an investment analyst, have paid $4.65 million for a three-bedroom apartment at 111 West 67th Street. [Cityfile]
• Alvin Rosenthal, brother of the late Leona Helmsley, and his wife Susan, paid $1.995 million for a two-bedroom apartment at 1025 Fifth Avenue. [NYO]
• The 6,250-square-foot townhouse at 24 West 11th Street, which was purchased by developer Aberdeen Townhomes for under $7 million in 2007 and subjected to a spectacular renovation before hitting the market in September 2008 for $17.5 million, has undergone a price cut.
